Using an Employee Shift Scheduling Spreadsheet
A crucial part of the employee shift scheduling process is deciding whether the project is successful. It is the manager's job to monitor the shifts on the employee schedule and if they are productive and in compliance with departmental goals, then the project can be deemed a success.
