The first thing that you should do when you have one of these mugs, is to empty it out of any drinks or foods that you have been keeping inside of it. Once you do this, you will have a clear container of the mug, so that you can see the contents.
Now that you have everything ready to go, you can now get ready to fill the mug up. You can either use a liquid measuring cup, or you can simply use a paper cup.
