It can be used with Excel and it has a few features that Excel doesn’t have, like macros. So, if you’re looking for a full featured spreadsheet that will take care of your spreadsheets, then Excel is the best choice.
False: “Excel is best suited for business and financial use.” True. There are some things that Excel cannot do and Access does very well.
True: “It is easy to use and Access is easier to use than Excel.” Again, true. It’s just that you have to learn a few things in order to make it work.
True: “Its spreadsheet software features will help you manage your information.” Again, true. That is what the different features are for.
True: “You can also convert your spreadsheet into another format like Word and Excel. You can even import or export data from one format to another, as well as the ability to insert text into the spreadsheet.” True again.
