My I heart spreadsheets are all about making your life a little easier. I take a look at a lot of different things and figure out how to make them more effective. I also add an entry for the names and/or addresses of people who are marketing on my behalf. This keeps track of emails, phone calls, and the like. Also, I make sure to track any direct mail campaigns as well.
I also track orders, shipping confirmations, and any other mail. I also create separate sheets for paying customers who have not ordered from me yet. This makes it easier to keep track of how much they owe.
Once I get something into the system, I am able to make a big financial benefit out of it. When I buy a car or new home, it usually costs more than what I spent on PPC ads. When I put my money into savings accounts, there is often a big profit to be made in the bank.
