Click on the Paint Roller icon in your toolbar, and choose the text to which you wish to use the formatting. If you would like to use the formatting to more than 1 area of text, double click the paint roller at the beginning of the procedure. Just like a week’s tutorial, start by choosing the selection of cells to which you want to apply your conditional formatting.
