Task Tracking Sheet Template

You can put it anywhere on your website, such as in the home page, as a job listing, or in a supplementary newsletter. You can also use it to track your incoming task from your staff.
The first thing you need to do is get yourself a task list. We’ll use a template from Aweber. You don’t need any special software to set up this sheet. Simply add a header, then list each team member’s name, company, and job title.
Once you’ve got the task list ready, it’s time to edit it. The easiest way to do this is by adding a new column. Drag a column header from the home page onto the appropriate column heading, and name it, e.g. Manager’s Job Title.
This column will be responsible for displaying the manager’s name. To apply it, simply click on it to load the manager’s name into the browser field, or click on the button next to the column header.
Use a pull-down menu to add another column for the member’s name. This column will also display the name of the team member. Just right-click on the column header to select “Delete” to remove the member’s name from the task list.
Finally, add a checkmark next to each member’s name so you can easily highlight which task they’re currently working on. Right-click on one of the members’ names to save it to the task list.
Now you need to create a dashboard tab for each team member. The dashboard tab is used to display the current status for each team member. The dashboard tab can be created by choosing “Dashboard” from the menu.
If a member is listed as “Working on”, simply click “Show Details” to view all the tasks that are currently being worked on by that team member. This dashboard tab will show a summary for each task as well as the details. In addition, you can see where each team member is working.
You should now be able to see the dashboard tab for each team member. The best way to build a dashboard tab is to use the dashboard tab “My Tasks” which is accessible from the main dashboard tab. This dashboard tab gives you more control over the dashboard tab, especially over the drop-down selection.
